How does the 7-day free trial work?

New eligible agency accounts can start using all features of the Starter Plan immediately. You will not be charged during the 7-day trial period. You can cancel at any time from your settings page before the trial expires.

What constitutes a 'connected seller/client account'?

Each individual client brand or distinct seller account you connect via our secure OAuth/API handshake page counts as one connected account. The Starter Plan includes up to 3 connected accounts, and extra accounts can be added as needed.

Can we modify our plan size later?

Yes. You can scale your connected accounts, team members, or SKU limits dynamically via add-ons at any point during your billing cycle. Adjustments are calculated proportionally.
