These Terms govern the use of EcomAgencyOS, a software platform operated by Skyfly Technology.
1. Agreement of Terms
By provisioning a tenant environment at EcomAgencyOS, you validate legally binding acceptance of these conditions. These structures control delivery of SaaS orchestration matrices tied to Amazon Seller hubs.
2. External Platform Policies
Accessing metrics relies heavily upon continuous OAuth binding. You hold sole accountability for maintaining consistent standing under Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Revoking permissions from Seller Central immediately decouples dynamic synchronization engines in accordance with Section 4 of these rules.
3. Use Limitations
You agree NOT to exploit internal dashboard structures to inject malicious code, intercept parallel tenant workspaces, or perform systematic scraped exports violating fair-use thresholds configured under standard service limits.
