At EcomAgencyOS, we take protection of your ecommerce statistics and Seller performance matrix seriously. This document governs our data processing policies with particular reference to developer rules established under the **Amazon Seller Partner API** and **Advertising API**.

2. Data Collection and PII Constraints

We collect standard contact inputs during registration (e.g. email, name) and ingest strictly required API datasets containing Order matrices, campaign spends and inventory balances once authorization takes place.

In accordance with Amazon’s Data Protection Policies, personally identifiable information (PII) is not pooled unless strictly relevant to operational fulfilment workflows and is systematically purged or anonymized as dictated by retention thresholds.

3. Technical Protections

• Vaulting: Long-term storage tokens are wrapped in isolated hardware or software security vaults using validated **AES-256-GCM parameters**.
• In Transit: Communication routes are fully enclosed using **TLS 1.2/1.3 transport encryption**.
• Segmentation: Agency workspaces operate as mathematically isolated database boundaries preventing cross-tenant leaks.

4. Disclosure and Transfer

We never sell, lease, or license business logs or customer payloads to marketing conglomerates. Datasets are parsed strictly to generate performance graphs rendered visually on your internal metrics center dashboard.
